We offer a full interior design and decorating service.

We have a sound process to understand the clients’ needs clearly, and a well appreciated sensitivity to their individual style. We are meticulous in our attention to detail, and go the extra mile for our clients. Imagreal has a brilliant eye for colour, and design, besides assisting clients to put lighting, colour palette, and fabric schemes together in a flawless tapestry.

Space is a key component of any structure, and space utilisation develops into the most important aspect of this. Our designs optimise the usable interior space for both comfortable day to day activity, living, and also for practical matters such as storage, convenience,andlighting.

Interior Design is a broad category of services. These services may include, but are not limited to:

Programming and Schematic Design

Programming includes, but is not limited to, conducting research; identifying, and analysing the needs, and goals of the Client; assessing the existing environment; and evaluating project resources, and limitations. A successful design requires the teamwork of both the Client, and Imagreal.Accordingly, interviews with the Client, or other stake holders will help Imagreal fully understand the goals for the use, and desired outcome.

Conceptual Drawings

Imagreal, if appropriate, will provide conceptual drawings, or other illustrations, and/or materials to generally show the suggested interior design concepts, including both space and/or floor plan specifications,furniture, furnishing, fixture, textile, and/or accessories specifications.

Merchandise Specification

Furniture, furnishings, fixtures, flooring, textiles, coatings (paint, etc.), accessories, and building materials (collectively referred to as Merchandise) are an integral part of the design process. Imagreal works with the Client in narrowing the selections based on the Clients’ desired scheme. Imagreal will assist the Client in finding the appropriate pieces,selecting textiles, and finishes that compliment the overall design concept. Recommended Merchandise specifications can be provided to facilitate your purchase of such recommended items.

Imagreals’ design philosophy strongly believes that design should not be an end in itself. Our designs reflect the blending of both form, and function at its core when designing spaces be that for offices, hospitality, living, or public spaces to culminate in a beautiful solution.
